A avó de Neymar disse ter ficado "derrubada" com a acusação de estupro feita pela modelo Najila Trindade envolvendo o neto. Em um discurso postado no Instagram do jogador, dona Bere disse ter recebido a notícia da absolvição dele às vésperas de seu aniversário.

"A gente teve uma notícia esse ano tão ruim para nós, especialmente para mim. Entrou em mim que me deixou derrubada mesmo, entrou na minha vida como um troço... Mas eu, graças a Deus, fiz minhas orações e, hoje, véspera do meu aniversário, tive a notícia que meu neto foi... foi feita justiça", disse ela.

Na última quinta-feira (8), a Justiça decidiu arquivar o inquérito que investigava a acusação de estupro. A juíza Ana Paula Gomes Galvão Vieira de Moraes, da Vara da Região Sul 2 de Violência Doméstica e Familiar, acatou o pedido do Ministério Público de São Paulo.

A decisão, no entanto, não significa que Neymar foi considerado inocente. Caso haja novas provas, o inquérito poderá ser reaberto a qualquer momento. "Importante deixar claro que o arquivamento não implica em absolvição do acusado. O arquivamento pode ser reaberto a qualquer momento, é uma previsão legal, desde que haja novas diligências ou surjam novas provas. Isso não implica em uma absolvição do averiguado", explicou a promotora Flávia Merlini, em entrevista coletiva.

A posição segue a linha adotada pela delegada responsável pela investigação, Juliana Bussacos, da 6ª Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher. No fim do mês ado, ela anunciou que não indiciaria o jogador por não ter encontrado provas que sustentassem um indiciamento contra ele.
