O ator Will Smith, 53 anos, é a estrela de uma série documental a ser lançada pelo YouTube, com foco em seu processo de emagrecimento, intitulada "Will Smith: The Best Shape of My Life" (em tradução livre e literal, Will Smith: A melhor forma da minha vida).

O foco do projeto é acompanhar durante uma jornada de emagrecimento, onde ele perderá 9 quilos em 20 semanas (no original, há uma correção entre as datas, sendo 20 pounds - forma de medida de peso norte-americana - em 20 semanas).

No trailer, contudo, Smith deixa claro que as gravações tiveram mais influências em sua vida.

Quando comecei, pensei que estava entrando na melhor forma da minha vida, fisicamente. Mas, mentalmente, eu estava em outro lugar e eu terminei descobrindo muitas coisas escondidas sobre eu mesmo", conta o astro no trailer.

Smith diz ainda que mostrará o quão pouco sabe sobre si mesmo.

O trailer traz ainda momentos íntimos, como Will Smith revelando que, uma vez, chegou a pensar em suicídio - mas sem entrar em detalhes, no vídeo divulgado, de quando ou como isso aconteceu.
