  • 100 mililitro (ml) de azeite de oliva
  • 100 mililitro (ml) de água
  • 100 mililitro (ml) de suco de limão
  • Sal e zaatar a vontade
  • Abóbora cabotian em fatias
  • Cenoura em palitos
  • Cebola cortada em quatro

Modo de preparo

Cozinhe o grão-de-bico (depois de ficar de molho por 24 horas) e bata no liquidificador com todos os outros ingredientes - exceto os legumes - até que fique uniforme. Coloque os legumes no forno temperados com zaatar e sal. Sirva com pão sírio.
